For all registered customers please log-in to your account to view order status and tracking number.
After confirmation of purchase, all unregistered customers and or guest will a receive an email at the provided email at checkout.
After order has been fulfilled customers can expect to receive an email or notification in their customer account containing their tracking number. Please allow up to two business days for order processing. All orders placed by 12 pm EST will be processed and fulfilled within one business during normal order volume. If order volume exceeded normal customers will receive an email with two business days informing them of the of delayed shipment. After order has been fulfilled please allow 3 - 5 Business days to receive your purchase via USPS.
We offer both standard USPS and express UPS shipping to all of the united states at a flat rate fee.
All orders $100.00 or more are eligible for free standard shipping
Orders $250.00 or more will receive complementary express shipping

Please note that after order has been confirmed as delivered to the provided customers address Saintuso will not be liable for any theft.
A 30 day return policy is standard for all Saintuso products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.
Customers have up to 14 days after the original date that the order was placed to exchange a product. All Saintuso products must meet the following criteria upon return before being eligible for approval.
- Product must show no signs of use , non manufacturer related damage or missing pieces.
- Product must include invoice as proof of purchase and authenticity
- Product must not have any replaced parts ( string , packaging etc.)
- Product returned must match the provided invoice (Size ,color, style )
Approval / Denial
After your return has been approved and eligible to be used as an exchange your account will then be credited for the exact amount of the returned product's value shipping is not included.
All customers using our return / exchange service must create a account before the process can began to ensure that all information is accurately documented.
If for any reason your return has be denied for exchange you will be notified within 24 hrs of inspection of returned product.
Customers have up to 3-5 business days from the notification of denial to request a refund if applicable.
If customer has not responded 3-5 business days after denial for exchange the product will be returned to the customer in the condition that is was sent.
